Are American Golf & Online Golf the same company?

Have ordered something from both of these companies recently & noticed on both invoices that the VAT numbers were exactly the same?
Are they trading as 2 seperate companies but stock etc are from the same?

Is there more collaboration going on? Direct Golf have just announced their new website & it looks almost a replicate of Online Golf's website!

I'm sure DG and AG are just direct competitors online and offline.
