johnnie walker championship tickets

hello, i purchased 2 tickets for the scottish golf show online this year.
one of the benefits of this was the free season passes for the johnnie walker championship at gleneagles at the end of august.
when i recieved my golf show tickets in the post it stated in the letter that the johnnie walker tickets would be posted in early july. we are almost into august and still no tickets, although time off work and accommodation is booked!
i have tried contacting the scottish golf show but as of yet to no avail!
i was just wondering if anyone else has come across this problem, or if anybody has had their tickets delivered and i`ve just been forgotten!
