Par 3 Courses - Essex

Posted by: user50399 | Mon 25th Jun 2007 10:21 | Last Reply

Hi,

Does anyone know of any good Par 3 courses within the Essex area as they never seem to be advertised that well or have their own websites.... I know of a few (Dunton, Noak Hill etc)but if anyone knows of a good site that lists them all or just generally knows of them, please can you post a few here.....

 Thanks

Essex Golf Complex at Garrons Park in Southend as a 9 hole par 3.  It isn't too challenging.  Dunton Hills has an 18 hole par 3.

Good idea guys, I'm still working on the course data cleanse but think it would be great to add to additional search options to the course search;  holes ie 9 or 18 and the par ie Par less than 55 should display all courses with 18 holes that are par 3.

Are you far from the Dartford bridge? you could pop alon to junction 3 of the M25 and play pedham place. The academy course is a nice par 3.

Why not play the new course at 3 Rivers. Only 6 quid for twighlight and easily doable in 3 hours. Great course.

Bunsay is also excellent and well worth trying to find it

Never played Dunton par 3 but judging by the std 18 vests jeans and trainers will be in abundance..

Bunsay Downs in Woodham Walter, Probably the best par 3 course in the UK.
