Weekly round report email

This is being turned back on after 18 months of only sending everyso often. Similar to the round report email if the feedback is good we will do some tweaks and updates.

For me the round report per round is enough. I think this weekly round report is excellent for those that get the chance to play 2/3+ times a week.

Spot on reply. Yep was very useful back in the day before the round report but now kind of outdated 
Don't change anything because I'm about to do a big migration but everyone subscribed to the weekly report will be moved over to a new monthly report and then everyone who wants to can re opt-in to the weekly report if they really want it
