Adding weight to putter

I have a question for the more experienced people out there!

Am i allowed to add weight to my putter?

Are there any rules that say you cannot add weight to any club?

I think you can add weight to a club but it may not be moveable or adjustable during the round. So the club must finish the round the same weight it started. Ie you did not purposely change it during the round.

as far as I am aware, yes, weight can be added ie. lead tape
