handicap certificate

This is a brilliant service you are providing and i will be upgrading to the premium account shortly. One question i have is that as i am not a member of a club only a member of a society therefore i can't get a handicap certificate. I am planning a golf holiday with my dad and may need a certificate to play on some courses. I play to a 15 handicap but have no proof. Is there anywhere on your site to print a certificate off, or is this only to view a record of my own achievements.

Hi, glad you like the site.

Yes you can print of a certificate, this is availble from the reports menu, handicap report. The standard account shows the last 3 rounds and the Premium account will show the last 25.

Although this is not an official handicap, the calculations are based on the official CONGU calculations. If you plan to use this it maybe worth checking of faxing the course first. I know a lot of other users have had this certificate accepted throughout the UK and the world, so hopefully it should be okay.

You can also make you handicap certificate accessible to anyone with access to the internet, this is done through your user preferences within the maintenance section.
