Junior Golf Clubs - Age 3-5

Can anybody recommended any golf clubs for my little lad. Some of you may recall his video from a few years ago.

Well he's a little bigger, but is struggling with the weight of the clubs. Ideally I just want a PW for him. But everything is still a little to big for him (he's not the biggest lad - 37" tall)
Any suggestions? Anybody with any experience?
