North v South Places

Are there still places left for the North v South teams.

I ask this as my mate wants to play for the South, but when he looks on the game list it shows twenty confirmed players and a waiting list.

Does this mean the the South team is full?

Also I'm down to play for the North team and I'm sure we have more confirmed players!

Does this mean I have paid out for the overnight stay and might not actually play in the North v South game?

I was hoping my mate could get in as then he would be able to share the room with me!

Stuart, I'd be happy to share a room with you if my mate cannot get into the game.

I've just noticed that I'm down for the North team on the waiting list!

To be honest, I wouldn't have paid to stay over if I didn't think I would be playing the main event.

I'll have to wait and see if anybody drops out.

The North team have 25 people confirmed with 9 on the waiting list.

The South team have 20 people confirmed with 12 on the waiting list.

It could be that the people on the waiting list are just waiting to be confirmed.

I'll have to get my mate to put his name down on the list and see what happens.

I'll be chasing again tomorrow.  The confirmed list is pretty much who's paid deposits and confirmed.

Russ get your mate to register if he pays the deposit straight away he's in.

I've just done an admin update.

27 confirmed for the North and 20 confirmed for the South

I'm chasing today as there are 35+ people interested in playing.  It's likely the numbers will gete reduced to 32 per team to cut down on the administration of this so I can focus on the Matchplay series.

Still gutted about the date change and the clash with fathers day. Family holiday takes precidence over golf according to my wife !!!
