Society venues in sussex/surrey

I have been tasked with sorting out the yearly society day out for our cricket club this year.
I am looking for a course in sussex/surrey/kent that will be suitable for 2 to 24 handicappers, will allow 1 round of texas scramble as well as 1 of stapleford and wont break the bank !!
A long list of criteria i know, so any ideas would be much appreciated.
