Hi I'm new to the forum and was just posting about a charity golf tournament my friends and myself are holding.

On Sunday February 13th we will be holding our Sue Ryder Cup Golf Tournament at The Park Resort, just outside of Bristol. We are extremely proud to have this venue supporting us and it’s par 71 USGA specification golf course is one of the best in the area. This fantastic event will involve tea/coffee on arrival, a round of golf on the Cromwell Course and your choice of 1 course meal in the afternoon. We will also be holding some other events on the day such as a putting competition, longest drive etc.

The event is open to teams of 4 or individuals, with some fantastic prizes up for grabs for both the winning team, and the individual who scores the lowest round. Handicaps will be included in the scoring process.

Prizes

Best Individual: A weeks holiday in a villa in Portugal (worth over £1000!)

Best Team: TBA

Best Dressed: PING golf accessories

Longest Drive: Titleist golf balls and PING cap

Putting Competition: Golfers accessory gift set

Other fantastic prizes will be announced closer to the event.

Prices

£200 per team of 4

Individual entry will be £50 and we will put you into a team with other individuals.

We also have a range of corporate sponsorship packages available to businesses (gold, silver or bronze), please enquire for more details.

If you wish to enter the tournament, please check out our website, or email your team name, members and address to [email protected] and we will get back to you within 48 hours regarding payment details. Please help us to make this a very special day and raise as much money as possible for Sue Ryder Care.

Cheers guys, look forward to hearing from you!
