What a day!

Turn up at 10 for my lesson, pro tells me to go warm up as he will be a little late as he sorting out a compertiton.
So im up practicing nothing gong where i want it when 
;he comes running up and askes me 
if i want to play in 
the compertition as there one short. i say yes not knowing what&n
bsp;im getting myself
into. 
Turns out its a junionsenior event and im&n
bsp;a senoir, bestball texas scramble( 9 tee shots each)
get introduced 
;to my competitors and the other senior is the clubs vice captin.

Started off well using 4 of my drives, and managed to keep u
p well. then a few mis hits. 
get to hole 14 and we have
 used all my partners drives from the tee, so its all down&n
bsp;to me. 
Ended up hitting a good drive, then nice 7 to the
 frindge 25 feet from hole and i sink the putt
what a confide
nce boost. then on 16 second shot i hit a 7 iron to wit
h in two foot of hole. 
Nice par on hole 17, then on 18t
h my drive goes into the bushes and is lost ( oh great 
i think)
Hit another one bang to where the last one was lost 
end up having to hit another this time
i take a 3 iron and&nb
sp;put it safely on the fareway. Cant belive i had to take a
 5 from the tee.
