How do i get a profile picture?

I see that many people on here have their own profile picture, i would like a profile pic but can't see how to put one on.
I have downloaded a pic on the site but could not find how to set it as my profile pic?
Can someone explain how it is done?

Chris click the settings at the top and then on your info page you should be able to upload.
