I thought they were all banned from tweeting?

Not sure they were actually banned, they said who could ban them.  Think it was more an agreement of professionalism and decorum

From my understanding they were asked not to comment on things said in the team room.

They could still tweet as long as it didn't interfere with the golf.

I would think that for something as big as this they wouldn't need to be told.
