penalty strokes

Lost ball is it 1 or 2 penalty strokes.

Out of bounds is it 1 or 2 penalty strokes.

Lost ball outside of a hazard is stroke and distance.

Lost ball in a hazard is a penalty drop, with certain rules applying to whatever the hazard is.

Out of bounds is a reload from where the ball was played adding one penalty shot. So if you have hit your drive OOB then it is three from the tee, if you have knocked any other shot out of bounds, the original shot is counted plus a penalty then one plays on from the original spot with another ball.
