Highest handicap

Is it possible to increase the highest handicap from 28 to 36 or higher as we have a few beginners in our society.

I'll add this to a feature request for society handicaps but it's not something that will get done over night.
Basically UK handicaps for men are set to a maximum of 28, 36 for ladies and 56 for juniors.
