David Ley was going to share my buggy to help defray costs. I don't suppose Paul would be willing to do the same.

Hi John, I'm waiting confirmation that we all have buggies. If this is not the case, I can either move things around or Paul will be happy to share in any event.

If Paul is willing to share then I would be delighted to partner him. I would prefer a later time though on account of distance to travel.

How about a twist on the pairings.

Why don't we have secret pairings & no one will find out who there with until the end?

Dave could give everyone a number & then get an adjudicator to pick 2 numbers at random to make the pairings, write them down & seal it in an envelope prior to the match.

Views??

quite happy with the pairings. Playing with stu will be novel. Let him bomb it all over the course and i'll just plod away fairways and greens.

Be good to play against darren and benefit from any rules infringements instead of being punished by them. lol

Quick update - I have update the event also.

I have booked all 4 buggies at a cost of £16 per pair (special rate).

JP - I have booked one for you.

3 Buggies are left - let me know if you require one for your pair.

Me and floody may have to resort to running you over, mind you - shouldn't be a problem as you wont be on the fairways!

Dave, I just hope there's enough life in the buggy the amount of zig zagging you do ,and as for shanker.

I heard they were more like Ryan Air's Dave and the septics are always lurking and their partners have been known to catch the dreaded desease.

Dave,

I can adapt my game so the septics stay away. I reckon if we did a matchplay over 27 holes we could walk away with a 14 & 13

& Leyo just forget about 1st tee nerves

not unless I remind him that it is the 1st tee & not a pretend 3rd

I know mate, he told me, well done.

Now only if you could cure his addiction to sheep!
