EXERCISE !!!!
Lets have some views on what you do to warm up or commit to routine during the week to maintain your flexibility

During the week I try to swing as normal as possible while holding the 4 & 5iron at the same time (much cheaper than the Momentus!!). This strecthes the muscles & builds in some rythm. I also do this before I start my round.

Good thread Wayne.
Lots of core stability exercises does the trick for me. Helps me improve my balance which is key to me playing good golf.
I do a number of stretches and exercises using the swiss ball and wobble board perhaps twice a week
Its not as macho as the weight lifting but it does works a treat

Dont really do any exercises specific to golf - but I do manage a few practice swings in the garden during the week, i try to kid myself that this helps !??!

I stand on the bottom stair with my feet hanging over so that only my balls and toes are on the floor. Count to 20 and repeat 3 times, should be done daily This helps with problem calf muscles..
I stretch by holding the kitchen top and straightening each leg one at a time.
