There was something about using a very tall tee which seemed to free up my arms and made the timing & rhythm much easier to achieve. Perhaps there could be a new market for these much taller tees for some enterprising entrepreneur.

In honesty, I think the secret of this success is linked to the fact that I play occasional cricket - where I'm my famed specialist shot is a "square cut over long-on"!

It does beg the question Peter - have you thought about using tees of that length in normal play?
