Manual handicaps

I run a society.

We put in manual handicaps, but a couple of them were wrong by a long way, but the people concerned are still peanlised by the first manual entry.

How do I remove it please?

You can just access the player management page and then reset.

Issue though is that the recalculate option will delete any manual adjustments.

Thanks Darren, and I am sure I have done this before, but where is player management page?? I seem to go round in circles.

If you go to the admin section of your society you will thend see a 'group managed accounts' link on the right hand side.

from here you can see all the players and click the cog icon 'maintenance' to control that player.
