Off to play Charnock Richard GC at 12:37 today with my sparring partner Mark, and got up to what I can only describe as miserable weather.

After cancelling yesterday's round at the same course because "her in doors" wanted to go shopping, I'm going to have to have a bit of retail therapy next weekend in the Pro shop at my home club.   of course I'll tell her everything

Sun must have left you and cam over to me Wayne - Managed to play today very early tee off (6.15am - I know dont even bother commeneting on that one...lol) and what a great morning it turned out to be........shame about having to take an 8 on one hole as I was daft enough to thing I could chip out of a bunker, took 3 attempts ...lol

Tell you what tho Chris I wish the course I played was a lil better on the greens today (although to be honest that may be a bit harsh on the greenkeepers who do a fab job) but its the idiots who damage the areas around the hole stopped at least 3 of my putts for a par, was clear someone had smashed the putter into the green with the huge dents, that were clearly not divots............I know excuses excuses....

Blimey Wayne - you really did have a bad day then !! Dont worry mate things can only get better youll probably shoot your best ever score next time.
