Cobra 3 Wood

Have been offered a Cobra SS 3 offset with a graphite shaft.
Fair condition. want to make a sensible offer without being insulting or getting ripped off.
Anybody any suggestions pleas

I picked up my S9.1 Offset 3-Wood in new condition of eBay for £70...for the SS, if it is in fair condition...£35-45 possible.

I know it is left hand, and a 5 wood...but slightly less than that really!
