New Shafts in the Market.

Posted by: user77012 | Thu 1st Apr 2010 19:20 | Last Reply

I have been demoing some  shafts today for a new company called Seeclear Shaft Tech.

They are actually made of glass which is laminated and bonded with a special polymer. the beauty of the lamination over the spun graphite's is that it's  flex and unflexing  is far more consistant. They manage to have several stages of flex by varying the thickness of the glass laminate and have 8 different flexes. The shaft is heavier than graphites but have cleverly counter weighted the but end to bring the overall swing weight  to around D2 the one I tested was D4 which suited me. The performnce was staggering it reduce my dispersion rate down by 23% and was 8% longer than my current driver which IMO performs very well. I can see that these will take off in a big way even with a price tag of £190 give or take  but the build process is time consuming. I was given mine I will show you it at theNvS meet.
