Anyone got one of ther illegal Nike Square Drivers

Having heard the news that Nike Square Drivers are illegal due to the high COR rating. Has anyone bought one of these illegal ones and are you having much luck getting it replaced for a conforming one?

how do you know if it is non-conforming or not? From what i have read it is only recalling them in the states and canada as it was only on early models.
