Got my new bag, got some new luggage and just need a couple of dozen balls and some wine gums and I'm ready!  Even looking forward to the two old ladies above bickering!

Never mind Darren, I'll keep you up to date on our progress with texts if you want.  Will probably have to be after we've played in the sun, on warm, well prepared courses.  Possibly best to do it while a few of us are relaxing with a beer on the terrace overlooking the beach. 

Hope the snow stays away & the airports don't close

Happened last year I seem to remember and we all got there, just.  Think they had to de-ice our plane before take off.  But, yes, I'd drive if I had to..

 Has anybody seen my passport? I'n sure I left in that drawer?

I'm really looking forward to this, the hassle of getting flights on line will have been worth it.

 Dear tourists, will the people arriving at Faro be travelling in convoy to Alvor? If not can any seasoned visitor tell me the best way to get to Alvor from Faro ie which motorway to use (EO1?) and the key turn offS.

This is the week the rest of us look forward to, a bit of peace !!  Have a good trip guys I wanna see some good results from my team players taking in winter practice,

 Attention CGL players: are we going to have a CGL v the rest for one game? If so don't forget to bring your polo shirts.The Millichip bros, Tim (36 pts or threabouts) Hawkins. A fairly strong line up I think.

Pat, you forgot Paul Heath, Malc Fell, Darren Loftus, Paul Millward and Pete Wilson - over half of us are with CGL! 

 I didn't forget Tim, I didn't want to big us up too much.

All you guys and gals have a great time next week - I'm very envious and would be there with you if I could. Play well and enjoy the company.
