I've just contacted Golf Punk by email (to all the email addresses set out below this post). I explained that I am a solicitor and intend to issue Small Claims Court action within 14 days if no refund was forthcoming.
I received a call within 10 minutes telling me the refund would be processed. This seems to be the best way to proceed......
