Where to start...

Posted by: user41897 | Fri 9th Mar 2007 09:02 | Last Reply

Thinking about an earlier post of mine I guess I should start thinking about getting some new clubs but quite frankly I don't really know where to start.

Anbody got any suggestions for where I can get clubs for good prices?  Likewise any reccomendations of clubs for a high handicapper who wants to update his all-in package set for some better clubs.  My driving isn't too bad at the moment - short game and putting is the weakspot so maybe go for some irons first?

Any suggestions appreciated.  Budget is limited - don't really know how much I will have to fork out to get someting decent.

Andy

The reviews on the MD superstrong tungsten ti's are very good. www.onlinegolf.co.uk are doing them for £269.99 for steel shafts. 3-PW.

They certainly are well written up if the magazine reviews on their website are anything to go buy.  £269 is in budget too.

I think nevada bobs do them. If you have on near you, give them a try.
