Thought Of the Day (11/11/09)

When learning or improving a motor skill, you must first improve the information the brain receives. Studies show communication is only 5% words. That 85% of the information your brain receives has come from the eyes, and 50% of what we hear is forgotten immediately. Golfers must try to see and feel the swing beforehand (i.e. On-Plane forces). Recalling the last successful shot, even if it was a chip or putt, is still very useful.
