How to create a golf competition/public event
The following information will show you how to create competition within golfscoretracker which can be linked to your society. You can also create public competitions which other users can then join.
Step1

Step 2

Step 3
The next screen allows you to enter some basic information in terms of competition name, date, competition type, whether it's a society competition. Step 4
If you selected the public competition link you are then able to specify the maximum competitors and groups and also provide some further information on the event. Step 5
If you run a society and chose the option for a society competition then you are able to specify the scoring system that will be used when calculating the society leaderboard. You can also specify which leaderboard to use, this allows for seasonal leaderboards with society competitions. For more information of the golfscoretracker golf society system click here.
Step 6

Step 7
When you access the competition list and select the competition you will be presented with an overview of your competition and who is playing.
