Hitting driver off the heel

Posted by: user85262 | Thu 1st Oct 2009 16:16 | Last Reply

Ive been concentrating over the past few weeks on trying to come down from the top of my swing with the feeling of my right arm being tucked in (its helped me a lot and my irons have really improved) + even managing to hit a bit of a draw.  I'm setting up to play a draw and am now taking a club less than I was before on par 3's so I know for sure this has been a big help.   I did previously tend to throw in the odd week shot to the right which I seem to have got rid of.

However, I'm having a problem with my driver that with the same swing thought it seems that the contact is very much off the heel of the club every time.

Anyone any thoughts on what can be a cause of consistantly hitting off the heel.

Thank you

John

You have to set up on the toe of the driver John.
