Golf in Portugal

Strangely my wife this morning suggested, yes suggested, i take a weekend break and play golf in Portugal!
Has anyone got a recommendation on a great place to stay and play?

Anywhere around Vilamoura. There are plenty of good courses and if you want to get out a bit there are great courses within a short drive.
