druids glen - ireland

going to dublin october to play druids glen,any suggestions on how to play this course i am a 25 handicapper,have i got a chance to stay within my handicap?what is the condition of the course like?

Never played there, but to be fair, I wouldn't expect to stay within your handicap.  I wouldn't expect to stay within mine to be honest. 

However, I don't know how you play so you may have a chance.  From personal experience, playing a course for the first time very rarely results in a nett par round. 

I tend to say to myself if I play bogey golf I'll be happy..

I very rarely play to my handicap exactly, maybe 3 times in every 10 rounds, but if I was more consistant I'd be playing off single figures!

Have fun though, should be good!

Do you mean generally Wayne or are you just picking on me??

I believe a handicap is reflective of what you can expect to play to, but not to achieve every round (if that makes sense?)
