Handicap calculation not working!!!! HELP!

Hello, I'm having trouble with my Handicap calculations.
It seems it's stuck on 17. No matter whats my new score per round it seems to be stuck on 17.
Also, at Score Tracker > Handicap Page, its seems thatsthe "DIFF" is not updating. I cannot see difference between one round and new round (any round).
I reported this several weeks ago but it has not been fixed.
Handicap is the main reason I signed up for this service so please fix ASAP.
By the way, I have premium account.

Paul, I am checking now. I note you are US based so handicap is using the USGA system
