is 118golf still trading

I recently purchased an item from 11golf website and it arrived looking like it had been used. So far i have spoken to one person and had no response to several other calls and tonnes of emails. DOes anyone know if they still trade? their website is still active, but it may be to get more money from unsuspecting people. Or it maybe they are just crap at their job

Yep, there still trading & still the same poor customer service. I ordered 2 items on Dec'17 & only 1 came. Have sent numerous emails asking for the other 1 to be delivered & each time (when they bother to respond) I'm told "It will be with you tomorrow".

It's now in the hands of my bank as I pursue a full refund.

I ordered some mizuno irons a couple of years back only to be told they could not honour the advertised price. - Jokers.

Do NOT use these guy's! My Mum ordered Galving Green jacket from them as a Christmas present to me on 6th December. Having not received it on the 17th she tried emailing etc getting no response what so ever. I then phoned 10-15 times after Christmas and finally got through to someone who informed me they did not stock the jacket any longer (even though it seemd to still be availible for purchase on their website). Fortunately I managed to get them to refund the full amount. Even so I would definitely avoid them.
