Putter Cleaning Problem!!!!!
Got hold of an Odyssey 2 ball SRT putter but a line had been drawn through the 2 white balls in permanent marker.
As they are rubber, I've tried various solutions including nail varnish remover and nothing is working so I've had to contact them direct for help as I'm feeling the only alternative now is to have them replaced.
Anyone else got any possible tips

Maybe contact the maunfacturer of the marker? They may have a website?

Can't you just take the rubber bits out and turn them upside down?

Wayne,
I'd ask for a refund based on 'misleading description' of the product

Wild stab in the dark Wayne. Have you tried tootpaste? Rub it on neat. Unfortunately it sounds like all the solvent has disolved so it may be irretrievable, but going over the lines again with another permanent marker may loosen it up a bit before giving Colgate a stab.
PS Have got some Trichloroethylene - that will remove the marker, and the rubber and probably a lot of the metal! It completely dissolved a golf ball in a day....

Baking Soda toothpaste from Arm & Hammer will most certainly work.

Marc you muppet, nail varnish remover has acetone in it amongst other things.
Wayne, got a white marker you could use to cover it up. Paint based, but would cover in 2 coats.
