I'm definitely going this year. The Excel centre is only about 4 miles from me.

Not sure about the lido, but the excel centre is in custom house. Im from the other side of the water, Greenwich.

I was born 1971. So probably before my time. I used to go to the hornfair lido in Charlton as a kid.

I've lived in the London Borough of Greenwich all my life. I live just of Dursley Road, where the famous Jim Davidson was grew up.

blackheath blue coats, now thats a rough school. Rio Ferdinand went there. I went to Crown Woods.

How strange. I lived in Blackheath, Sydenham and Hither Green when I was at South Bank Poly.

Blackheath is the nice of those 3.

One thing I'm not, is a bad loser. I've had plenty of practice. My problem on golf days, is enjoying myself too much. I've often scored over 20 points on the front 9, only to blow it on the back 9, because I'm having having a great time with friends, and start to lose concentration.

In my experience, its the single figure handicap players that hate losing to those with handicaps in their teens. I can hear the bandits gags already.
