Site glitches and features

Having just had to switch to IE on a temp basis I have noticed a few minor issues in IE which have not been previously identified during testing.
All very tiny and features of IE in it's on right. These will be fixed ASAP. You may notice the the user profile page is not that well formatted, looks fantastic in Firefox !!
I have to fix when 75%+ still use IE !
