How do you add a new course to the system?

I am playing here on Saturday...There does not seem to me an 'add course' option under courses.

Never mind- I found it under tools in score tracker.

Yes this was to stop people from adding lots and lots of duplicate score cards. The add score card part is now attached to the score tracker section.
