I'm Back and hopefully improved
Hi All,
Been away for a while working really hard on my game since I realised how far I had to go at the Belfry!
Got rid of the MP60 Irons and went for Wilson Staff Di9's for game Improvement, Also changed my Driver to a Callaway FTi-Q with 9" Loft as my last was going too high.
Here are some good quality Video's of where my swing is now - Would love to hear your opinions/thoughts.
3 wood front on (today);

Hi Stephen, I see you still like to get through the ball. From the side view I get the feeling that you're rushing to hit the ball after release, trying to create as much club head speed and as a result your head is dipping. Perhaps you might concentrate on strenghening your arms? It might make for a more controlled swing.

Would love to hear what Dave Ley or John Pettit think....
My arms are quite strong, trying to generate power from my body rather than arms - tried to make sure I'm turned through at impact also.

Hi Steve , nice to have you back your ears must have been burning as we were only wondering where you got to as we chatted walking the fairways on Sunday. Your swing, far better than the last time we meet still a couple of weak points, I've noticed you are taking the club away first ,try and take everything away together club, arms shoulders.You get into a great position at the top, great shoulder turn but I would still prefer to see the left wrist cupped a bit more (toe down). You are still starting your transition with a pull with your hands ,(causing you to come from the outside ,still shooting of fto the right??) make your first move your left hip going left and clearing and as your shoulders turn and your arms drop keep your right elbow pointing to the floor and let the swing go. Feel like your left arm is being forced off you chest and maintain a flat left wrist through impact, also try and build up the resistance in your left leg as to roll your foot not spin it out you want to feel most of your weight on the left side coming into the ball. Try this in slow motion to feel where your weight is. Good luck. This is something visual to look at. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hHNAnFeiMNA&feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8vo9OfLvf_I&featu
