Change Contry on IE

Some of my members are telling me that when they change the country, all data is blanked out and the country goes back to UK. I don't know that everyone is using IE, but it seems that 2 of them are. I did not have this problem but I use Mozilla Firefox.
Is this a known issue?

Not that I know of. Which part of the site are they using ?
