Handicapping

Hi just a few points on handicapping :
Currently the site only tracks CONGU handicaps - this will be updated soon to include EGA, USGA and AGU
If a round is selected for handicap tracking then the round cannot be modified - this will be updated soon and a facility so that handicaps can be recalculated
Handicap is calculated when rounds are added to the system and not chronologically - as above this will be updated soon when a recalculate feature is added
No option to track hanicap - handicap tracking is only available for countries using CONGU, 18 hole courses and tees that have had a SSS inputted in the system.
SSS - If there is a tee on the system that does not have the SSS recorded that let us know and we will up date.
