Admin Approval

When you have players waiting for admin approval on a group event, how do you approve them?

I've had this problem with some of my games, people put their names down and it says 'Awaiting Approval' but there is nowhere to approve them!
Normally I send the person a PM to let them know that I'm aware they have joined the game.
