Drinks!
During the hot weather (normally about four days long!) we all take a bottle of drink with us.
Now that it's cold what drink do you take with you?
I've played with my dad a few times and he always has a flask with him.
In it is Bovril and pepper.
In cold weather it's really nice and certainly warms you up.
So what do you take out with you to drink in this cold weather?

As was witnessed on the 13th tee of the PGA Master Williams....................But you won't find a game at the bottom of a bottle more than a few have tried. Tough day for you yesterday Bud ,I would have taken mid 20's in those conditions. Take what ever positives that were there and build off them and not to dwell.

Sorry Paul it was Mr Cook that ventured over with the lads yesterday.
Well a couple of birdies thats good goes to show you can play a bit coupled with some pars excellent . You need to play to you hcp for a while paul you have a shot a hole use it thats why its there, remember you are still quite new to the game.Like a lot of us around here where not naturally gifted at this game , we have to work harder and you get out what you can put in. At the moment you should be playing to bogey every hole and not put to much pressure on yourself to get a birdie/par. Imagine you've bogied every hole thats 36pts now i know that won't happen and you will have some pars and some doubles but you understand my meaning. It will help you play better in the long run and remember your not playing in the best conditions at this time of year.
Back to topic just going to make a nice cup of TEA.....

In winter it is a flask of coffee laced with Spanish brandy. My mates love it but never take their own.
