What games do you play?

Posted by: user20126 [FORUM MODERATOR] | Sat 29th Nov 2008 12:04 | Last Reply

I run a summer league and a winter league.

Now for this years winter league I decided to add a few extra games.

We did the £2 Stableford game, half the money goes to the top points scorer, and then the other half is divided between the top points scorer on the front and back nine.

Then I did the 'Par 3 Challenge', this just means that all your stableford points for the par 3 holes are added up and the highest points total wins.

Another one I put in was the 'Mystery Five', this adds up all points scored on five holes but the players don't find out which holes they are until after they have finished their round, hence the mystery!  What I normally do is ask the person in the pro shop to write down five holes and then give me the piece of paper folded up, so I cannot see the holes.

Other games are nearest the pin and the longest drive.

Do you play any other games during your rounds.

Your school sounds too tough for me Lee. It would cost me a fortune.
