Can now delete competed competitions

Society Leaderboard now live

When adding rounds for other players, automatically adjusts strokes to handicap

Added user maintenance for multi accounts

Option to recalculate handicaps for multi accounts

Putts per rounds and av. putts was showing as %, now fixed to 2dp

Fixed JavaScript error in IE when adding players to a Competition
