Tenerife Golf Courses

I am off to hopefully sunny Tenerife in January.  We will be staying in the south of the island and I am looking for golf course recommendations.  Done a bit of research on the net and there are quite a few but its always useful to have some golfshake opinions.

Are there any less busy days to go for when making a booking and as I only have a week out there, if I get a chance to play twice which would be the ones to go for.
