Graphite Clubs

i have just brought myself some graphite clubs but i cants seem to hit them very well i seem to top them alot but i have slowed my back swing right down but i think if i slow it down anymore they will stop and as i have been slowing them down they do not go far at all can anyone help please. would i have to change my clubs to steel. thanks.

The shaft material has nothing at all to do with why you are topping the ball. A quick lesson with the Pro will put you right.

If the length is more important to you then go back to the steel shafts. I use graphite shafts myself now.

It really does not matter that you have to use one more club as long a it is the right club. It is no harder for me to hit a four iron as it is an eight iron.
