Hello and welcome,

Ah the old if I buy new clubs my game will suddenly improve thought.  If you have only been playing a few months I would reccommend spending more money on lessons and get yourself a decent set of 2nd hand clubs.  Try www.golfbidder.co.uk - they usually have a some decent gear on there.

Glad your on board

Chris

PS Come on Europe!!

Hi Steve, welcome aboard.

Learn the game and get consistent, go through the euphoria and disenchantment, have your peaks (few and far between) and your troughs (many and varied), learn to love the game and then hate it for months.  Through all of this, you will keep coming back!

In all honesty, your clubs won't hold you back for at least 12 months.  Stick with what you have for the time being and spend your money on lessons instead is my advice.  That will improve your game much more than a set of shiny new sticks.
