Full Handicap, 7/8 Handicap or 3/4 Handicap

Personal choice.  My opinion is that the closer the field in capabilitiy, the more of their handicap they get.  It's much more likely that a high handicapper will pull a rabbit out of the hat than a low handicapper purely by the nature of the game.  Therefore if you have 20+ handicappers and single digit handicappers in the field then 3/4 handicaps helps reduce the "wonder round" effect that can effectively punish the low handicapper.  If everyone is 20+, give them full handicap, they need it!
