Upgraded my account today but apparently already had two cards?

Darren just wondering whats going on here?

Obviously my premium account expired yesterday so today thought I'd upgrade and go for the new Platinum account.

I've logged back in this evening and gone to my account status and it already says I have requested two of my four yearly handicap cards. I wasn't aware I'd even requested one yet.

Can you sort that out please?
