Z-URS v Pro V1

Posted by: user87185 | Sat 19th Jul 2008 14:57 | Last Reply

Just recently started using the Srixon Z-URS balls - got 12 free with a Golfpunk magazine subscription - and really liked them. I think they have definitely added aboyut 20 yards to ny drive on average. Haven't quite got to grips with them on the short chips yet but working on it.

Got another 12 bought for me for Fathers Day a while back and nearly died when I saw the price of them. Eventually got them for 30 quid in Nevada Bobs - they were originally 35 (same price as the Pro V1's).

Just wondering if anyone has any opinions on which of these is better and why? Any other suggestions also welcome.

(I only use these on courses I know, and preferably where there are wide fairways - at that price it can add coniderably to the cost of a round).
